Dirty Dishes
THE Only Way Is Essex girls have got down and dirty – and this time it wasn’t to fight over a man.
Lucy Mecklenburgh and Lydia Bright ended up covered in mud when they took part in a gruelling fitness boot camp.
And the girls – who were joined by two pals – even indulged in a spot of playful mud wrestling after getting covered in dirt.
Rather than covering up to avoid getting mud everywhere, the gang kitted themselves out in skimpy low-cut vest tops for the occasion.
And they revealed their impressive cleavages as they did squats and press ups on the beach.
The session, which was held in Norfolk, was filmed for the second series of the ITV2 surprise hit.
It saw the girls being made to crawl through mud and icy water by the sea.
Their mean-spirited trainer was even seen flicking mud on their made-up faces at one stage.
Meanwhile, their pal Sam Faiers looked a bit more glamorous as she was snapped out and about last night.
She and a female pal put on their best frocks to watch Plan B perform at London’s O2 Arena – and then left the concert hand-in-hand.
Sam, 20, recently declared that she loves bad boys – and cited singer Plan B, real name Ben Drew, as one of her crushes.
Talking about how her love life has changed since her rise to fame, she told a newspaper: “People think I must get more male attention now but I get less. Maybe they’re intimidated.
“I do like a bad boy, though. I like Jason Statham and Plan B. In fact I’m a bit obsessed with Plan B!”
